Does anyone know if Quark 7.0/7.2 (Windows) will support Chinese Japanese and Korean fonts? We seem to be able to copy and paste CJK from Word. But will there be problems when we give the file to the printer?

Sure, if you have QuarkXPress Passport® 7.02 (I don't know of any later updates):

There aren't any dedicated CJK versions (yet?) for Quark 7 (the latest was Quark 6 for JK, and Quark 4 for C).

But the Passport edition above supports hyphenation and spellcecking at least, so you should be good...
