After clicking what?
Error message displayed - which message?

On the left hand corner, down below after Welcome, Project and then File. so click this File then the file name will be displayed on the right. In order to start work need to click the file name either to translate or edit. So after clicking the file name

The file format could be xlsx.sdlxliff, docx.sdlxliff

Error message will be displayed
