When I try to work on a table of contents with Trados (latest version, 2006), I get the following error message: (33353): end of paragraph not found. Can anyone help me?

And why do you want to translate a TOC, which was automatically generated?

Translate the document as usual. After you are finished go to TOC, click somwhere inside it, and then press F9. Chose "create a new TOC" and you're ready.
Don't waste your time on translating the content of TOC. When you attempt to print tis document the TOC will be recreated (at the latest) and you will loose your work.
Please refer to Word's help file to learn more about working with automatic generated TOC, index, and fields in general.

Jerzy is right - a table of contents automatically created in Word does not contain translatable text. You can consider it a list of hyperlinks to headings in the document: translating the headings means you translate the ToC.
Best regards, Ralf
