Concordance search not working anymore

Dear colleagues,

I have a problem: while working on a project on Transit XV NXT, the Concordance search function suddenly stopped working. Both the button on the toolbar and right-clicking on the word are not responding anymore. The concordance window is not simply showing up.
How can I fix this? Everything else seems to be going just fine, no problems with opening projects, translating and so on..

It's time to update. With every update for NXT there will be more and more issues, because XV is not supported and won't get any updates. It'l like running Office 2013 on Windows 3.1. Working with NXT projects in XV is a gamble. I can't recommend using XV for NXT projects.

What you can try is - delete all sub and mts files from the folder (or move away), so that the reference material is calculated again. Reassign reference material. Check if language pairs have same number of segme... See more

Thanks, I always knew that updates were a big issue but I always procrastinated as I didn't have troubles. I will definitely try your method!
