Assuming this is a typo for goedkeuringsverslagen, then it would be "approval reports".

On reflection, it probably isn't a typo for "verslagen" (I've come across approval reports in the past, so I was too quick to jump on that possibility).
I think Jack may well be right with his suggestion of "approval passes".
Another option might be "approval actions":
