Phased Array Radar is a kind of radar which changes the radar wave phase in order to change the wave direction. Because it uses electronic methods to control the wave, and non-traditional machinery to rotate the antenna, it is therefore also known as Electronic Scanning Radar.
Phased array radar has quite a concentrated antenna array. More than 1,000 phased array antennae can be fit onto the face area of a traditional radar, and any antenna may receive and transmit the radar wave, whereas the neighboring several antennae fulfill a radar function. When scanning, a designated sub-area (several antenna elements) or several sub-areas carry out scanning of the target or region, and therefore the entire radar may simultaneously carry out scanning or tracing of many targets or regions, having a multiple radar function. Because a radar may simultaneously aim in different directions to carry out scanning, by using this scanning method in addition for the electronic control, there is no need to rotate the machinery, and therefore the information update rate is greatly enhanced. Because mechanical scanning radar is restricted by its machinery’s rotation frequency, its information update rate is at the second or 10-second level. However electronic scanning radar is at the millisecond or microsecond level. Therefore it is suitable to use with a highly mobile target. In addition because it may emit a narrow beam, it can also be used as an electronic warfare antenna, where the principle of electromagnetic interference can even be used to emit a reversed phase radar wave which counteracts an electromagnetic search wave.
Phased Array Radar Characteristics
(1) Capable of tracking multiple targets.
Phased array radar uses the flexibility of electronic scanning, high speed and the principle of dividing according to time or multiple waves, and can carry out both searching and tracking work. Coordinating with an electronic calculator, it can simultaneously search, survey and track in different directions and follow many different high-level targets, and can at the same time guide many missile attacks on many airborne targets.Therefore, it is suitable for multi-objective, multi-directional, multi-level aerial combat operational environments.
(2) Multiple functions, with Strong Flexibility。

If no other suitable candidate can be found within 6 months after the original candidate leaves their post, then the original fee paid by Party A must be returned.
Note:
• Regarding a few special positions, the appropriate search can be made after the above fees have been re-negotiated and agreed between Parties A and B.
3. Commitments
• During the period of this contract, Party B must not initiate contact with any employee of Party A to offer or introduce their services.
• Party B must promptly communicate with Party A during the search process, ensuring that Party A has an accurate understanding of how far the process is progressing.
• Party B guarantees to Party A that the candidate information submitted is truly valid. And that it is a true reflection of the background for the candidate’s work.
