Bio

My professional background is in the IT industry. As a fan of IT tools, I am trying to use free versions of various CAT tools (Cafetran Espresso, Wordfast anywhere, memoQ) and am owner of SDL Trados 2017 freelance license. Will probably upgrade to next version.

I'm translating in my free time for small Croatian publisher from English to Croatian, in the field of Science Fiction in both shorter form and novels from 2012. My main work, for now, is the translation of Jame S A Cory Expanse serial: Leviathan Wakes, Caliban's War and Abbadon's Gate. Momentarily I'm working on the 5th novel Nemesis Games. I would like to try myself out of the SF genre.

For now, I have a full-time job not related to the transaltion industry. Will be retired in three years (2022.) and am going to dedicate my time to translation business.
