How can I find a sample consecutive or simultaneous translator contract?

Hi everyone,

I would like to find a sample consecutive or simultaneous translator contract for a work which I will do in a different country in the following months. So, the contract should include Daily fee, Overtime fee, Travel Time fees, Travel Expenses, Cancellation policy, Preparation fee etc. If you have any, or know some websites I can benefit from, and give me a support in this respect, I will be very grateful to you.. So I need your helpp...
