…… 上网查好像有很多可能，但每种译法都会有人觉得不对或不好。想听听大家如何处理，有没有因为不同译法或格式问题通不过’校译‘的？谢谢。 ▲ Collapse

中文“亲爱的”不能乱叫。哈哈。
那'謹啟/敬上“ 书写位置怎么要求？中文书写要放到签名之后，Your Sincerely, 要写在签名之前。如果一定要按中文形式写，在CAT 中翻译时不得不把两个译文前后颠倒一下，显得很别扭，不对应。
有什么好的处理办法吗？

我也有同样的问题。有时候想想，书信其实蛮难翻译的。中英文各自都有不少惯用词和格式。不知能否就把You sincerely译成此致／敬礼。对应中文惯用格式？

我認為，翻譯英文書信，一般還是應用中文格式和套語。可惜現代中文書信套語極其有限，要想把書信，尤其是正式書函譯好，很有必要讀點文言尺牘。
我國文言尺牘用語發達，對現代中文書信而言，最有借鑒價值的部分或許是收尾的一些套語。書信目的、收信人年齡、職業、地位、輩分、尊卑不同，結尾用語也不同，而英文書信結尾用語雖然稍比現代中文書信為多，也很有限。用豐富的文言書信套語譯有限的英文套語，可謂綽綽有餘。

我曾翻译許多公文来往书信，当时借助此书觉得非常有用：
“中文应用写作教程” （香港三联书店出版）
相信也有简体中文版。

I personally don't think this needs to be standard boilerplate. The translator can look at the content of the letter and decide on what is a better choice for closing.
If the content is very business-like and is addressed to someone in Mainland China, 此致敬礼 could be very appropriate. If the tone is more polite and deferential, 谨启 or 敬上 might work better. If it's a personal and warm letter, 致以诚挚的问候 seems to me to be a better fit.

对于这样的受众，使用“顺頌春琪”这类的字眼，不是闹笑话吗？

我非常同意“此致敬礼 ”，“ 谨启” or“ 敬上” 都很好，一般情况下使用这些就够了。我主要纠结的是书写格式：英文中 Yours sincerely, 一定是在写信人签名之前一行， 而中文“ 谨启” or“ 敬上” 是不是一定要写在写信人签名之后，如‘某某某敬上’，还是也可以保留同样英文格式，放在前一行？ 还有“此致敬礼 ” 是不是一定要分两行来写？正常中文写信肯定是分开写，而且”此致“要在第一行末尾，”敬礼“要在第二行顶头。我用CAT翻译时就老遇到这样的格式问题，‘Yours sincerely,’ 总是一个segment, 要是直接译成“此致敬礼 ”就没办法分两行，要是译成“谨启” or“ 敬上” 就只能放在写信人签名前一行，不符合中文书写格式。
要是在MS Word里直接翻译，就没这些顾虑了。

我說文言尺牘的收尾套語可以借鑒，沒說可以不分對象亂用。打個比方，西人在華行成婚之禮，女子鳳冠霞帔無可厚非，但你不能弄件道袍給她披在身上。
移民局寫給非法移民的信當然不能用什麼「春祺」（不是「琪」），但若是令其知悉某事，「特此奉達」就可用之。文言尺牘裡又何止幾個「祺」字可用？求人辦事，「專此敬懇」就大可用之；倘對方經營商業，用「籌安」就很恰當；倘是編輯，用「編安」又何嘗不可？這些套語也不是每次都非用不可，須用則用，能免則免，並無僵硬的規條。何時用，用什麼，全在自己斟酌。
還有，世上不光有大陸人，還有香港人、台灣人、澳門人、珍視優良華夏傳統的海外華人。

現在大陸語文教育不堪，大家平常也不怎麼寫信，很多人已經不知道寫信的格式章法了。但身為譯者，面對的文體繁雜，免不了要接觸書信和各類應用文，身邊備一本這樣的書挺好的。
