英日の用語集をお探しでしょうか？こんなサイトありました。「自動車用語辞典」の「用語MAP」のリンクに自動車関連の用語集が英語と併記されています。ただユーザー登録型の用語集のようですので常時修正できるようになっていますが、ひとつの参考資料としてはかなりよさそうです。
