Construction of a second runway
Buenas tardes:
Propuesta de traducción al inglés: 6´892,189m² are currently under process of condemnation within the framework of article 7º- Development of far-reaching works- of the Eminent Domain Law, Nº 27117, dated December 23 2007, for the expansion and development of the Jorge Chavez International Airport’s infrastructure.
Muchas gracias.
Adela

The section has also been amended so that land, which has been let in the period of 5 years prior to its disposal under a compulsory purchase order for the purposes of road-building or road-widening, but prior to its first letting was farmed for 10 years by the person making thedisposal, also comes within the relief.

compulsory purchase process
Como opcion, te doy otra posibilidad *A compulsory purchase of 6´892,189 m² is in progress, under article....* Espero que te sirva!

Eminent domain (United States), compulsory purchase (United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland), resumption/compulsory acquisition (Australia) or expropriation (South Africa and Canada) in common law legal systems is the inherent power of the state to seize a citizen's private property, expropriate property, or rights in property with due monetary compensation, but without the owner's consent.
