I know it's not "Infrascrito/a" because "B.L. LXXXX"'s signature does not show up at the end of the document. I did some research and came across "infant", "infantry", and "informant" as shortenings for "inf.", but I'm not sure (I don't think) any of them would work here, regardless. Too bad I couldn't find anything about this "LXXXX" person whose name I censored here.

Since he signed with his fingerprint, the abbreviation inf., which occurs in Spanish as in other languages, presumably refers to the recipient's signature, or 'rubricadas', i.e, to the fact that he signed this document with (illegible) flourishes.
