Danish term

egne tænder +/+

Danish to English Medical Medical: Dentistry patient notes
General notes but with reference to teeth, does anyone know whether +/+ refers to upper and lower? If not, what does it refer to please?
TIA

Own teeth +/+

This seems to be short hand for patient retaining original or own teeth in bot upper and lower gums. If the patient was using dentures on one of the gums it would be +/- or -/+, or dentures on both teeth -/-.
