Danish term
E.I.
Danish to English
Medical
Medical: Health Care
This abbreviation appears as follows on a hospital discharge form:
"Patient samtykke: E.I. Ja. Henv. inst: Ja. Andre sgh: Ja."
All the rest is clear to me, but the "E.I." has me stumped. There is no indication in the rest of the info on the form that it could, for example, be someone's initials. Any shots in the dark most welcome.
