According to Dietl, Dictionary of Legal Terms," discharge" can be "fulfillment of a duty".

According to Dietl, Dictionary of Legal Terms,"discharge" can be "fulfilment of a duty". I would think that in this context this term means that the contract terms state that for a gift of the sort described there must be given a "receipt of donation". So my informed guess for translation would be:
