في 13 اذار / مارس مجلس مدينة بريستول الجديدة التي تلقى إخطارا ستانلي وكانت صوفي كوسينسكي الارادة الملكية 125 ريدج في الطريق الى المدينة. محلي باني عرضت شراء وتطوير الممتلكات الى التقاعد بأسعار معتدلة مبنى. وسيتطلب ذلك بناء على تصاريح خاصة ، ولكن من شأنه أن يساعد القاعدة الضريبية ، وكذلك أن تكون جذابة.
