我不知道这两个译法和英文有什么不同。
1。inheritor 继承者unqualified ownership无条件具有产权和disposition处理（转让，转卖，处置）权利：因此是绝对无条件的。
2 Private ownership of real estate（对不动产拥有的产权）有权随意处理。 ＝完全拥有绝对产权。
