English to German Law/Patents Patents

As everybody knows by now... "Licensor's Patents and Patent Applications means any and all U.S. and International Patent and Patent Applications identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement, and which is incorporated herein by reference, that are owned by or assigned to Licensor or which Licensor has procured the right to use and license, together with all foreign counterpart applications thereof including any divisions, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissue and re-examination applications, and any patents issuing on said applications."
