English term

inpatriate

English to Serbian Bus/Financial Human Resources
Definicija je sledeća: An inpatriate is an employee of a multinational company who is from a foreign country, but is transferred from a foreign subsidiary to the corporation's headquarters.

Daryo Jun 22, 2019:
That's the the opposite / the mirror case of an "ex-pat" / "expatriate" - someone transferred from the corporation's headquarters to a foreign subsidiary.

If there is a translation for "expatriate" (I don't know any) you could use it as model for "inpatriate"

Expatriate:
'A person who lives outside their native country' (Oxford),[3] or
'living in a foreign land' (Webster's).[4]

Business expatriates

Many multinational corporations send employees to foreign countries to work in branch offices or subsidiaries. Expatriate employees allow a parent company to more closely control its foreign subsidiaries.

Some neologisms have been coined, including:

-- flexpatriate, an employee who often travels internationally for business (see below);[16]
-- inpatriate, an employee sent from a foreign subsidiary to work in the country where a business is headquartered;[17]
-- rex-pat, a repeat expatriate, often someone who has chosen to return to a foreign country after completing a work assignment;[18]
-- sexpat, a sex tourist.[19]

inpatrijat
