As our Associate HR Business Partner, you will underpin and support our team of HR Business Partners in delivering a people plan, which aligns with the people strategy and business objectives.
You will support, and where required, lead on project and change activity throughout the wider business as directed and supported by the primary HR Business Partner.
The Associate HR Business Partner will partner intermediate level managers within the business, whilst playing a key part as an integrated member of team and serving as a consultant on operational and strategic people related issues.
Acting as an employee champion and change agent, you’ll create effective relationships across the HR function and the business, in order to deliver a value-added service, that reflects the business objectives and contributes to HR strategic projects as required.
Additionally, you will support the employee relations team with relevant processes, complex and high-level employee relations issues and help to resolve people matters in a pragmatic and commercial way.
