Italian term

acqua grezza

Italian to English Science Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng user manual for a machine...
...that automatically mixes permanganate and sodium solutions, measuring the right doses etc. (I don't know more than this at this stage).

There is a picture of the digital display on the machine with the caption: "Display per la visualizzazione della potata mc/h dell'acqua grezza." Is this unpurified water? Thanks for any advice.
