Initial test - in questa fase vengono utilizzate carte Bianche e chiavi di test al fine di verificare la corretta predisposizione degli ambienti operativi e per ottenere da parte dei Circuiti di Pagamento una prima approvazione sul profilo della carta. I Circuiti di Pagamento valutano i cicli autorizzativi ed approvano e certificano gli effettivi prodotti (Bins). Il test riguarda tutte le applicazioni a bordo delle carta, non solo l’applicazione di pagamento.

: Yes - the loops created in consumer buying when a payment from buyer to seller passes through a third party - namely credit card companies such as Visa, MasterCard and EuroPay. Basically - non-cash sales. Virtual ones like PayPal as well.

: I agree 'payment networks' is used the same way as 'payment circuits' in the reference cited, but I don't think it's a common useage.
