Italian term

stare a badare al come, al prima e al poi

Italian to English Art/Literary General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters In A Novel
Context:

Come ogni manuale che si rispetti, anche questo manuale, di certo, non si aspetta di essere né letto né rispettato. Nelle cose alle volte ci si getta un po' così come viene, senza dover stare a badare al come, al prima e al poi, e al dove.

Molte Grazie,

Barbara

regardless of how, where, sooner, later

It's more concise compared to a sentence like "without regard to or paying attention to how, where, sooner, later", although this one could do too.
Note from asker:
Thank you very much. A big help.

regardless of the what, the when, the how, and the wherefore

It's a well known saying so even though the details of the phraseology are not the same the meaning is.
Example sentence:

The that is certain:all else is not - the what, the when, the how, and the wherefore
