Bene ! - In this case, if the sentence is just "arbitrario irrituale" it doesn't make too much sense in italian - if there's a second typo, and is "arbitrato irrituale", then it makes sense but in a law context (finding it in a Human Resource's context...

OK - it is "arbitrario", then a precedening noun word must exist, otherwise the construction is a nonsense - please, give us whole sentence, thanks !

BTW, mind that "arbitration" is "arbitrato" in italian. If the word you got is "arbitrario" than there must be a name preceding it, because "arbitrario" is an adjective, just like "rituale" and "irrituale". Preceding word is needed to translate it right.

I can assure you it is "irrituale", as you imagined there's a typo.

Don't bother if you find few hits on the web, 'cause it is strict legalese, not at all common or used except in correspondence between lawyers.
