O.K. Seems simple doesn't it. Here's a bit of background. The first fixing of a commodity (gold tec) or in this case the Eurobor £M interest rate is the result of those who decide the rate to put it to market - on the basis of market reaction the rate that was initially decided will be raised or lowered until a consensus is found. The rate is then fixed.
