neutral Giles Watson : This is not strictly correct. For ecartoon: if this is a label, the wording will have to comply with local labelling regulations. If it is a technical wine profile, it's best to translate what the text actually says.

developped into alcohol

Svolto means developped or a turning point, which from the context above, could mean that the the volume of the wine contains 13% of alcohol i.e., which out of 100%, 13% has turned into alcohol.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Giles Watson : "Developed" has only one "p", a turning point is a "svolta" and it is sugar, not wine, that turns into alcohol.

finished/acquired alcohol

This is not the same as potential alcohol as some of the sugar in the wine may not have been fermented (residual sugar).

Do feel free to use my glossary or to come along to the winespeak event at Ortona the weekend after next.

Best,

Giles
