Italiano term
coccolate dalla mano e dalla fatica dell'uomo
Da Italiano a Inglese
Altro
Vino/Enologia/Viticoltura
Si tratta di una descrizione di un vino, piuttosto letteraria e figurata. Contesto:
"Raccolta a mano. Le basse produzioni sono coccolate dalla mano e dalla fatica dell'uomo".
Qualche suggerimento per una bella traduzione di quest'espressione?
Grazie a tutti!

hard-working hands that cherish and tend them
To avoid repeating "a mano/dalla mano", I would rework the sentence thus,
The low-yield grapes are harvested by the same hard-working hands that cherish and tend them.

: Actually, I think the hard work (etc.) bit is hard to incorporate in English, as it seems to sound OTT. I think just Made (by hand) for you with care or Made with care by hand or Carefully made by hand for your enjoyment or something might suffice

How to Hand-Pick
some ref. below
Hand-picking is almost always preferred for wine grapes, or for smaller vineyards that can’t risk losing any product. For handpicking, you’ll need a pair of clippers and grape crates (you can usually borrow or buy these from the place where you are planning to sell the grapes) spread throughout the rows below the vines. Quite simply, you clip the bunches off each long vine and place them in the crates. Take care not to damage the larger vines. Then, you transport the grapes to larger ton containers.

I think you are right Rachel. Tendered would have a different meaning. Thanks for pointing it out.
