Furrow dotyczy rolnictwa.
Gdy chodzi o ścianę, to groove.

Crack chasing is the process of cutting into cracks in concrete so that they can be repaired with an epoxy or some other filling compound.
Why crack chasing is necessary
Concrete surfaces have to be properly prepared before any repair takes place. Crack chasing enlarges the opening of existing cracks with the use of mechanical or hand tools, to make way for a better, more suitable foundation for the application of a recommended filling compound.

Talk to a reputable contractor but the likely solution will be
ccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc
Normally a contractor would groove out control joints in the concrete to allow expansion/contraction in the concrete due to moisture and temperature. Any cracking that still occured would occur inside of those joints, being relatively invisible.

Try cleaning up the area from the outside and remove any loose concrete. Also "Groove" out any existing cracks.

Debris from the cracks will often remain in the crack and prevent the insertion of hydraulic cement. Use a flat-head screwdriver to gouge out the loose concrete.
