W trakcie badania dotyczącego poziomu świadomości pacjent poproszony jest o dobór podpisu do desygnatu.
Będę wdzięczna za pomoc w przetłumaczeniu na jęz. ang. zwrotu 'dobór podpisu do desygnatu". Główny problem mam z desygnatem, nawet polska definicja desygnatu jest mylona w słownikach z denotatem i już nie wiem jak to właściwie powinno być :( Z góry dziękuję za podpowiedź.
