The main meaning of "dyspanserysatia" is the "prophylactic system".In the system with medical insurance there are not really prophylactic plans for some groups of the patients with diseases such as rheumatism,diabetes,asthma,etc. It supposed to be for everybody with disease-but it's for people who can pay or have a good insurance.So,it's not the same(system). But you need a translation anyway - I found it in the old Russian-English Dictionary.It was really a good system,believe me, but we "threw out a child along with water.."

I have to add that in follow-up groups are only patients which have regular check-up after some treatment (or sometimes after examination).It\'s close but not the same:follow-up groups are used usually during the research(not for the regular patients).
