Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (3): Darius Saczuk, Caryl Swift, inmb

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Jerzy Matwiejczuk Apr 24, 2008:
Teraz do mnie dotarło, że "ich" dotyczy ram. Tzn. ...nie mieścił się w ramach, w jakie chciano ująć kulturę tych ram. Czyżby coś w rodzaju rekursji? Odbicie lustra w lustrze? To inspirujące...
EwciaHo Apr 24, 2008:
dziękuję bardzo :)
Polangmar Apr 18, 2008:
Niezalogowany użytkownik nie może zamieścić pytania PRO - natomiast może przeczytać reguły, które mówią, że na KudoZ nie tłumaczymy całych zdań.:)
Caryl Swift Apr 17, 2008:
What kind of text is it - what style, what register?
EwciaHo Apr 17, 2008:
P.S. No właśnie, kto i czyją kulturę?? :)
Jerzy Matwiejczuk Apr 17, 2008:
Kto chciał i czyją kulturę?
Darius Saczuk Apr 17, 2008:
Why did you post your question as "non-pro"?
Caryl Swift Apr 17, 2008:
Please could you give us some context?

Plato went beyond the restrictions that XYZ wanted to impose on their culture

Plato did not fit the structure imposed upon their culture

Nastepna mozliwosc to taka, ze to ci , ktorzy tworzyli grecka kulture klasyczna chcieli ujac ja w pewne ramy (tworzyli strukture kultury) jednak Platon, przede wszystkim zaprzeczajac istnieniu swiata realnego, 'nie miescil sie w ramach' swojej epoki

Structure was imposed upon culture. Plato did not fit that structure.
