And I thought I was an experienced user of TO3000...

Anyway, I get another type of error message when trying to open those PDF files - I have the full version of Acrobat Standard 7.0ME - and have just sent a ticket to those nice people at AIT.

I'm glad you managed to solve your problem (you can stop blushing now) and will let you know if I discover something new.
