颈椎病是无法根治的,只能养.

我是长期用电脑(10年了),而且低头看键盘打字,拍片说颈椎都退化了.医院的医生说吃药按摩,我看他只在意收入,不在乎我什么时候治好,我就拿着处方跑掉了.

幸好经朋友介绍了一家祖传老中医,花了近2千元,贴了他的狗皮膏药2周,症状就缓和了很多,平时多注意活动,有空做点深呼吸上下弯曲颈椎的运动,感觉和正常人差不多了.

但颈椎病要特别注意,有的不能按摩,越按摩越加重病情;我也用了颈托,结果引发炎症,被老中医骂了一顿;

这个病多半是骨刺增长造成的;西医当然是手术清除骨刺,但它仍然会继续生长;中医保守治疗,防止它生长.

如果没有用电脑1小时后就休息10分钟左右的习惯,得这个病是早晚的事,这是翻译的代价.
