I've been to KaDeWe in the west of Berlin. KaDeWe is the shortened name for Kaufhaus Des Westens. Their unofficial motto is “if we don't sell it, it probably doesn't exist”. I was told that KaDeWe was the second largest shop in Europe, being beaten only by Harrods in England. I was amused when I found 金华火腿 and other Chinese food in the store.

美国、加拿大许多大中城市都有中国食品超市。人们可以买到各种来自大陆、台湾及东南亚的食品。绍兴霉干菜、绍兴黄酒等浙江土特产比比皆是，还有许多来自其它各省的土特产。酥饼、萝卜干也有，但我吃时狼吞虎咽而没顾得上注意是那里出的。下次注意一下再向西施的小同乡报告。现在美国甚至在许多一般的大超市里都设有亚洲食品的专巷，华人生活确实很方便。
先母是浙江诸暨人，但她从小就去了上海。我去过杭州多次，但从未去过诸暨。以后回国一定要去那儿看看。记得小时候常到西湖边的六公园玩耍，光用手就能抓到西湖里的活虾，一会儿就能抓一大碗。“江南忆，最忆是杭州，山寺月中寻桂子，郡亭枕上看潮头，何日更重游？”

我真佩服他的超人毅力，竟然在战胜癌症之后连获7次环法自行车大赛冠军。我在他们赛车的阿尔卑斯山那一带呆过，说实话是个散步都费劲的地方。
也很佩服他的智慧，赛场上胸有成竹，运筹帷幄。
也难怪法国有些人醋溜溜的。;)
有人已预言：Armstrong不再参赛2006，对未来的2006冠军不是个好消息。大家都会说：“他赢了，不过Armstrong不在啦。”

本想找到你原来有关的帖子好有个比较，未成。
我接到的关于那间译社的“司法清理”通知是一个 «Invitation to loge a claim »,大意是要求债权人在2个月内提供债权证据，如果债权人要求的话，法官可以在债券人中选择1-5人作为监督员，包括至少有一名无担保债权人和一名有担保债权人。
从这个通知看，我觉得这个程序是逻辑和公平的。

說是 "司法清理"，其實是破產程序；這種程序有法定的規矩，大約需要一年半到兩年時間 "清理" 破產法人的財產。一般說來，破產程序較常為破產人自己提出，由法院指定破產處理人 (律師)，該處理人第一道手續是確定所有破產人的帳冊及資產內容，可以變現的資產在處理程序中某一時點會被拍賣變現，清算資產總值再扣除掉處理人及法院費用，剩下的價值才依照提出債權申請的債權比例分配給債權人。
你如果具體提出債權證據，經過一定的認定程序，大約在一年半後會收回部分債款。
對了，破產處理人有責人理清破產法人是否有脫產等惡性倒閉的情況，那些帳冊記錄檢閱起來還挺耗費時間的。在台灣有俗話說：買十賣七，還三賺四；用站的較慢，用倒的較快。所以，有些台商要到中國另起爐灶，會先在台灣欠一屁股債，利用五鬼搬運法把公司資產轉到中國去，然後宣告倒閉，接受破產程序處理，兩年三年後他還是活生生一條好漢在中國。

我那点款，也不打算再拿回来了。翻译的职业注定我们得不断地学习，Freelancer更是如此。不过关于这个课题，我的学费也交的差不多了，应该拿毕业证书了
